The Finnish Cosmetic, Toiletry and Detergent Association

The Finnish Cosmetic, Toiletry and Detergent Association (TY) is a Finnish trade association representing the interests of companies manufacturing and/or distributing perfumery, cosmetic and toiletry products, detergents and cleaning products for consumers and institutional & industrial use, and similar chemical products. Our membership consists of 55 member companies representing approximately 90 per cent of the total domestic sales.
 
The main mission of the association is to create a favourable operational environment for the member companies by following the legislative issues and contributing to their preparation, following the developments of the industry both in Finland and on the European level, gathering sales statistics, arranging meetings, negotiations and workshops.

The Association is a member of the European Cosmetics Association (COLIPA) and the European Soap, Detergent and Maintenance Products Association (A.I.S.E.). The association participates actively in the work of these European Associations.
